IN DALASJÖ
In Dalasjö, you live right next to nature but also close to the city
of Vilhelmina in the county of Västerbotten.
An old farmhouse for sale in the small village of Dalasjö, 13 km from Vilhelmina city. It comes with a farm, former used for cattle, since 1961 used for garage and storage.
The house was built in 1947 and renovated in 1976. Space heating with electric casette (elkassett). Municipal water and sewer.
Downstairs two rooms, kitchen and wc with shower. Upstairs two rooms and three smaller storage rooms. The cellar holds food cellar, laundry room and space heater. A staircase from the cellar leads to the garden.
The house was painted in 2001 and all the windows were reconditioned in 2000. Stove, freezer and fridge are old but functional. The house has only been inhabited during summers since 2000.
The house holds 13 hectare ground (about 32 acres), which of 5 hectare is forested. With the grounds there is piscary in a nearby stream and rights to hunt during allowed season.
